UGA Starts Season Strong with Top 3 Finish at Orlando
10.18.08 The first competition of UGA's season ended in a 3rd place finish at the University of Central Florida's Southeastern Invitational in Orlando.
Tallying a 6-2 record, UGA's only losses came to the 2nd place Central Florida team. UCF won both 1st and 2nd in the tournament.
Julia Barrett took home Outstanding Attorney and Outstanding Witness awards and Blake Woodruff won an Outstanding Witness award.
UGA team members competing at the Southeastern Invitational were: Julia Barrett (E Board, '10), Morgan Branch (Captain, '10), Jake Campbell ('09), Alana Driscoll ('11), Sarah Kinsman ('11), Matthew Martin ('10), Serena Premjee ('12), and Blake Woodruff ('12).
