UGA Takes 3rd Place, Hon. Mention at MTSU

11.14.10 UGA took 3rd place and an Honorable Mention this weekend at Middle Tennessee State's Mid-South Invitational.
The tournament featured approximately 60 teams divided into two divisions.
UGA Team 1134 finished in 3rd place at 6-2, defeating Central Florida, Bowling Green, and William & Mary, and losing to 1st place Vanderbilt.
UGA Team 1135 received an Honorable Mention with a record of 5-2-1, beating Emory, University of Tennessee-Knoxville, splitting 1-1 with Bowling Green, and losing one ballot and tieing the other with 2nd place Central Florida A.
Ethan Treacy ('12) won an Outstanding Attorney award, while Alex Galvan ('11) and Claire Whitehead ('13) won Outstanding Witness awards.
Competing on Team 1134, which finished in 3rd place, were: Alex Smith (E Board, '12), Alex Galvan (Captain, '11), Meredith Borschow ('12), Jonathan Klein ('14), Serena Premjee ('12), Ashley Thompson ('14), Alex Vey ('13), and Lindsay Worsham ('12).
Competing on Team 1135, which received an Honorable Mention, were: Ethan Treacy (E Board, '12), Lauren Lutton (Captain, '13), Veronica Evans ('13), Heidi Gholamhosseini ('13), Gray Macfie ('13), Amara Sumowski ('14), and Claire Whitehead ('13).
